SHIPPING POLICY
Currently we’re offering free shipping of the packages to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Shipment to these countries usually are not levied of duty, if there is duty on the shipment, please contact us we will contact the shipping company to have this settled for you.
To the shipments to Europe countries, like the UK, Germany, there may be VAT and customs duty be levied, in such cases please contact us first for the receipts first, then we will move on to have this settled for prompt delivery.
Currently sex doll products are not shipped to Islamic countries, Indonesia and Africa. If you will have request to have package delivered to these countries, please contact us in advance of your order is placed, or we can only refuse shipping of your package.
Currently we’re using FedEx to ship our packages, to people who may need pick up service at FedEx store please contact us before shipping, we can arrange this for you.
