In case that the product is obviously damaged during shipment, please contact directly with the shipping company and ask for compensation on the shipment. At the same time please forward the photo of damage immediately seeing the damaged package. After receiving the photos, we can help to assess the damage. As long as the box is not damaged the product inside will not suffer from damage.  

If there is any problem with the product delivered, please send photos to [email protected], we will assess the damage and provide solutions on this. And this will depend on the nature of the incident.

In case there is product flaw caused in production, we will take responsibility and help to have this settled with you.
